The Post Graduate Program in Management provided by IIM Visakhapatnam, spanning two years, is a business-oriented management program that prepares students with the theories, concepts, skills, and practices for developing managerial competencies that are required to be a management leader. The curriculum prepares the students for challenges that arise due to the complexities of the dynamic global business environment by building robust foundations in the functional areas of management and specialise in a suitable domain carving a niche in it. The Post Graduate Program in Management for Experienced Professionals provided by IIM Visakhapatnam is a non-residential program that fosters the development of budding managers by instilling the values of leadership and the student’s acquisition of management competencies. The students are prepared to develop cutting-edge decision-making skills that would be vital in an organization’s execution of goals ultimately leading toward growth.  The curriculum is designed for working professionals with a significant amount of work experience that helps in grasping the knowledge & skills with a foundation acquired with experience.

IIM Visakhapatnam Post Graduate Program in Digital Governance and Management (PGPDGM) Fees

The IIM Visakhapatnam Post Graduate Program in Digital Governance and Management (PGPDGM) is a 20-month program provided by IIM Visakhapatnam is a management program that has contemporary roots in the advent of the digital era. This program is meant for those professionals who are in government, private organizations, etc, that are in a transition phase where management positions are transforming from a traditional setup to a digital ecosystem that needs a new set of knowledge and skills to thrive in with digital-oriented tools & techniques. Stakeholders such as government officers, professionals, and executives need to upgrade themselves with this program so that they can flourish in managing the new ecosystem for progress. 

With the collaboration of IIM Visakhapatnam with the National e-Governance Division (NeGD), Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Govt. of India (GOI), this program is meant to advance the upcoming developments and projects that will be led by these students. The fee for this program is INR 16.5 Lakhs, it could either be self-financed or sponsored by the employer. The other expenses consist of travel costs, per-diems, Insurance, travel insurance, medical insurance, visa fees, SIM-Card, and phone usage charges of participants.

Then there are modalities of payment of the program fee and other expenses that the student needs to adhere to. 

• The Central/State governments nominate their candidates for this program, and out of these ten candidates qualify for their program fees getting paid by NeGD/MeitY, GoI.
• A selection process is carried out by IIM Visakhapatnam for the candidates qualified and eligible for the funding of the program fee by NeGD/MeitY.
• For the remaining nominees from the central/state government, the program fee will be paid by their respective organizations/ministries/departments.
• The candidates in public and private sector enterprises have to pay the program fees themselves or be sponsored by their respective organizations.
• When it comes to “Other Expenses” of sponsored candidates, it is paid by the candidate’s respective ministries/departments/organizations or by the candidate himself/herself.

When it comes to the sponsored nominee, the associated ministry/department/organization has to take up several costs such as pay & allowances, domestic travel between the work location & IIM Visakhapatnam also for the capstone project, travel-boarding-lodging during fieldwork, per diem allowances, and other allowances.

IIM Visakhapatnam Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) Fees

The Executive MBA program provided by IIM Visakhapatnam, spanning 2 years, is a blended MBA program consisting of live online classes and campus immersion that train students to become business leaders through rigorous lessons in framing strategies to execute business goals, equipping them with theories, concepts & skills related to management, adopting decision making skills to navigate the flow of execution, taking up challenges posed by the dynamic business environments to tackle obstacles that hinder growth, etc. 

The program is customized according to the needs of the working professional pursuing this program who wants to scale up their career for positions in the higher levels of management. IIM Visakhapatnam Post-Graduate Program in Management for the Centrally Funded Technical Institutions, Institutions of National Importance (PGPMCI) Fees

The Post-Graduate Program in Management for the Centrally Funded Technical Institutions, Institutions of National Importance (PGPMCI) is a management program that is conducted as a collaboration between institutes which are NIT Andhra Pradesh, IIPE Visakhapatnam, IITDM Kurnool, and NIT Warangal. This program is customized and curated for students associated with engineering and technology. These students must be PTI alumni from the new batches or studying in the last three semesters of B.Tech/M.Tech from one of the PTIs.

The program’s management modules are technology-oriented which creates technology-based organization leaders who will manage in environments of the real-world technology space. The curriculum consists of two stages where in the first stage the student gets to learn core courses related to management. In the second stage, there will be elective courses, campus immersion, and a capstone project. When the student successfully finishes the program he/she will be awarded a Diploma in Management and an MBA degree.
