- A candidate should hold a B.Sc. degree with a minimum of 45% marks from a university and also should have passed the 10+2 examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
- The minimum requirement in the above qualifications for candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC/ST) is 40% only.
- Those who have studied the D.Voc stream in a related sector are also eligible to apply for the B.Tech Lateral Entry program at IICT, Bhadohi.
