EMI facilities are not available for course fee payments at Lucknow University. However, Lucknow University offers a very reasonable fee structure to the students as it is a public university. Lucknow University follows a semester pattern for conducting examinations.  Students at the Lucknow University are evaluated through semester exams at the Lucknow University.  The university conducts 2-semester exams in a year for undergraduate and postgraduate courses. For professional and specialized courses such as B.Ed, the examinations are conducted annually. PhD candidates at Lucknow University are evaluated through their religious coursework, publication of research papers, participation in seminars, webinars, and workshops, and preparation of thesis and grand viva. Lucknow University also requires students to defend their thesis before the Departmental Research Committee (DRC).
