• Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline from a reputable university. 
• A minimum aggregate mark of 55% in the Master’s degree is mandatory (relaxation is permissible in case of reserved categories), and has completed an M.Phil. course work with minimum marks/equivalent grade.
• Candidates must have a valid score in national-level entrance tests like UGC-NET, CSIR-NET, JRF, GATE, or must have cleared the entrance examination of the institution.
• Candidates holding prior research, experience, and a publication record in management journals would be considered an added advantage.
• Candidates should possess the requisite strong analytical and research skills to gain benefit from the program, as well as to develop a passion for pursuing academic inquiry. 
• Candidates who have passed the M.Phil and have a minimum of marks or equivalent grade should be considered eligible for integrated research programs. 
• Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview and/or personal interactions after applying through the process and after the scores of the entrance tests and eligibility have been verified. 
• Candidates may be required to prepare and submit a research proposal and related academic documentation at the time of joining.

The PSG Institute of Management does not offer the EMI facility for individuals. However, they can pursue their education through education loans provided by various banks.  The institute also does not offer internal scholarships for the programs offered. The students can approach the institute for any financial assistance.
