Students who are allotted a seat in B.Tech Second Year-Lateral Entry, and MCA (First year) Programs of the Institute of Engineering & Technology, Lucknow, through the counselling of UPTAС-2025. They are required to physically report at the Institute between 10:00 AM and 04:00 PM for provisional registration and completion of the admission procedure. This is a complete admission process of the university; follow it very carefully:-

Step 1: REPORTING AT HELP DESK

• Mark presence in Help Desk and show Allotment Letter (after seat freezing).

Collect:

• Student Registration Form
  Verification Token

Hostel Information:

• Female students: Hostel available
• Male students (B.Tech 1st year, non-local): Limited hostel availability
• Check hostel availability at the Hostel Help Desk.
• If allotted, collect Hostel Forms & Fee Deposit Slip.
• Proceed to the assigned Registration & Verification Desk.

Step 2: Registration & Verification Desk

• Report to your Course Desk with the Allotment Letter.
• Sign the attendance sheet & provide your mobile number.
• Submit a filled Registration Form with a photo.
• Submit two sets of photocopies of required documents (as per Section A.3) in order.
• After the verification, collect your: 
  • White Fee Slip (Hostel students)
  • Yellow Fee Slip (Non-hostel students)
• Proceed to the Bank Desk and Accounts Desk with the Fee Slip and the Flow Chart.

Step 3: BANK DESK

• Attach the DD of the institute fee deposit slip.
• Submit at the Bank Desk.
  Get all fee receipt copies signed & stamped.

Step 4: ACCOUNTS DESK

• Submit the Accounts Office Copy of the fee receipt.
• Fill and sign the form at the desk.
