The NTA will announce the CMAT 2026 admit card on their official portal. When will the CMAT 2026 Admit Card be released? 

An admit card is proof of identity and has important details that include the exam centre, exam shift timings, roll number, and instructions on the exam day. An admit card is a basic and compulsory document that every candidate has to bring to the exam centre. NTA usually releases the admit card about 5-7 days before the exam date. If a candidate does not have a CMAT admit card, they will not be allowed to enter the exam hall.

CMAT 2026 Exam Date and Schedule

The CMAT exam is likely to take place in two slots; candidates must check the shift and reporting time on their CMAT admit card. Arriving well before the closing of the gate is very important. CMAT 2026 Schedule Dates are given below.

How to Download the CMAT Admit Card 2026?

Below is a step-by-step guide to download your CMAT 2026 hall ticket. The procedure is simple. Be sure to have your application number and date of birth ready.

Steps to Download the CMAT 2026 Admit Card:

1. Go to the official CMAT website at  https://cmat.nta.nic.in
2. On the home page, click on the link "Download CMAT 2026 Admit Card."
3. You will be redirected to the login page.
4. Fill in the CMAT Application Number, Date of Birth, and a security code.
5. After filling in these details, click on submit or login.
6. Your CMAT 2026 admit card will be displayed on the screen.
7. Download as a PDF and print several copies.

Note: It is advisable to print at least 2-3 copies of your admit card beforehand. Do not wait for the final hour before printing the admit card.

What to Do If There’s an Error in the Admit Card?

If you have any incorrect details printed on your admit card, such as your name, photograph, or test center, you will need to follow these urgent steps. Get in touch with NTA by following these steps:

NTA generally does not entertain post-release corrections to admit cards, but if there is a mistake with your photo/exam city to an extent where you are adversely affected, NTA may properly guide you. 

What Documents Are Required Along With the CMAT Admit Card 2026?

On the exam day, carrying your Admit Card is not enough. You need to carry supporting documentation too. Below is a list of the documents you will need: 

Basic Documents:

• A printout/physical copy of the CMAT 2026 Admit card
• A valid photo identity proof (original and unexpired). Acceptable options include: 
• Aadhaar Card
• Voter ID
• PAN Card 
• Passport 
• Driving License 
• College/University ID Card (with photograph)
• One passport-sized photograph (Ideally the same as the one uploaded on the application form) 

For PwD Candidates: 

• PwD Certificate given by a proper medical authority, if required. 

Note: Candidates who do not carry the above-mentioned documents will not be allowed to appear for the exam under any circumstances.

How to Download CMAT 2026 City Intimation Slip?

NTA releases the City Intimation Slip before releasing the admit card. This serves as an advance notice advising candidates of their exam city. The City Intimation Slip does not display the roll number or the exact centre address, but assists candidates in making travel plans.

Steps to download the City Intimation Slip: 

• Visit the CMAT official website at https://cmat.nta.nic.in. 
• Click on the link for "CMAT 2026 Advance City Intimation Slip". 
• Enter the application number, date of birth, and captcha. 
• The city to which the exam has been assigned will display on the screen.  
• Download and save it for your travel planning.

Note: The admit card will have the details of the final venue and will need to be downloaded separately once released. 

CMAT 2026 Exam Day Instructions

Here the some guidelines about the exam day, candidates can also ensure a smoother experience and prevent unnecessary issues on the day at the centre. Below are some important guidelines to follow that all CMAT 2026 aspirants should observe:

Before the Exam:

• Download your admit card well before the day of the event to address any technical issues.
• The test centre is going to be new for most candidates, but you should check where it is the day before.
• Plan to arrive at the Centre 90 minutes before the reporting time.

• Carry all necessary documents as instructed above.
• Do not carry mobile phones, smart devices, electronic items, books, or bags.
• Strictly follow the directions given by the invigilators.
• Utilize only the rough sheets provided to you in the exam.
• Maintain silence and do not indulge in any type of mischief.
