CMAT 2026 Registration – Dates, Steps, Fees & Required Documents

The Common Management Admission Test is a major entrance examination all over India to allow admission to management programs. CMAT 2026 Eligibility Criteria:

Before registering, students should go to the eligibility criteria:

• Education Criteria: A bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized institute.
• Last year students: Final year students are also eligible to apply.
• Age limits: No upper age limit when applying.
• Minimum percentage: There is no minimum percentage needed for the CMAT registration 

How to Register for CMAT 2026?

Students need to follow the steps mentioned below for their CMAT 2026 registration and complete the application process:

Step 1: Visit https://cmat.nta.nic.in and click on “CMAT 2026 Registration.” Make sure to read all instructions before proceeding.

Step 2: Click on “New Registration.” And fill in the basic criteria, such as:

• Student’s full name
• Date of birth
• Father's and Mother's names
• Valid Email ID and mobile number
• Choose a safe password

Step 3: Log in using the Application number and password, and fill out the required details: 

• Educational qualification: The Class 10, Class 12, and graduation marks and year. 
• Personal Details: These details include Gender, Category, Nationality, ID proof, etc.
• Contact Details: Address, pin code, city, district, state.
• Examination City Preferences: students can select up to 4 exam cities in preferential order.

Step 4:  Students will have to upload scanned images of the following documents and the list of documents mentioned below:

Documents Required for CMAT 2026 Registration

This is the list of documents a student will prepare before applying for CMAT registration: 

• Degree mark sheets or final year details
• Class 10 and 12 mark sheets
• Scanned photograph and signature
• A valid ID proof (Aadhaar card, Passport, Driving License, etc.)
• Caste/category certificate (if applicable)
• PwD certificate (if applicable)
• A valid email ID and mobile number
• Payment method (debit/credit card, UPI, or net banking)

CMAT 2026 Form Correction Window

NTA will also provide the students with a few days of a correction period once the registration closes. This correction period will allow the students to correct any mistakes reflected in the application form. The following are the four areas the students can modify:

• Personal information 
• Educational qualification 
• Uploaded a photograph or signature
• Preferred exam cities.

Note: After the application form is submitted, the students cannot change their email ID, mobile number, or exam fee.

What Happens After Registration?
