From March 1, 2025 onwards, the CUET Registration opens for the undergraduates at https://cuet.nta.nic.in/ and the CUET for UG exams can be held on May 8, 2025 to June 1, 2025 (exam dates are tentative).
As per the notification that stated on the cuet.nta.nic.in, the registration begins from March 1, 2025 till March 22, 2025, undergraduate applicants who want to take admission over Central Universities/ Participating Universities (State/Deemed/Private) over India, must fill out the CUET UG form till it ends.
The CUET UG Exam’s last date of completing fees is March 23, 2025, and interested applicants are allowed to correct their application in between March 24, 2025, to March 26, 2025.

Step 1: Launch https://cuet.nta.nic.in/ on your device
Step 2: Click on the “CUET(UG) – 2025 Registration” section under “Candidate Activity.”
Step 3: The CUET UG-2025 registration page opens
Step 4: Tap on the “New Registration” option.
Step 5: Agree with information bulletin and continue to “Click here to Proceed” section.
Step 6: Fill out the Application form with relevant information

CUET UG 2025 Registration: Follow Important Instructions
- Ensure that the information shared in the CUET UG application form is correct
- Over Application Forms; Name of the Candidate, Contact Details, Address Details, Category, Gender, PwBD Status, Educational Qualification Details, Date of Birth, Choice of Exam cities, etc, modifications request can’t be taken by the NTA.
- Email and phone number are accurate
- Verify while registering your number and email, due to NTA shan’t be responsible for any miscommunication due to the wrong number & email.
- It is mandatory to add his/her name, mother’s name, father’s
- name, gender, date of birth, category, PwBD status, mobile number, e-mail address,
- photograph, and signature, choice of cities for exam Centre, etc, details correct or your own.
- Must fill out the CUET UG application form carefully due to after application completion, NTA does not entertain or allow any changes.
- Applicants must view the NTA portal (www.nta.ac.in) for any update.
- As per the Admit card issued by NTA, must appear at the examination center on the date, time, shift according to the Admit card details.
- All the information or documents of uploading of scanned images/documents, payment of fees, and printing of Confirmation Page, Admit Card, etc, shall not be acceptable through Post/ Fax/WhatsApp/Email/by Hand.

Total Subjects- 37 (13 languages + 23 domain-specific subjects + 01 General Aptitude Test)
Medium- 13 Indian languages (Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Odia, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu)
Syllabus-
- Language Subjects: Reading Comprehension (based on different types of passages–Factual, Literary, and Narrative), Literary Aptitude and Vocabulary).
- Domain Subjects: According to the NCERT syllabus.
- General Aptitude Test: General Knowledge, Current Affairs, General Mental Ability, Numerical Ability, Quantitative Reasoning (Simple application of basic mathematical concepts arithmetic/ algebra geometry/ mensuration/ statistics), Logical and Analytical Reasoning.
Test paper choice: Applicants are allowed to select the 5 subjects (maximum) of languages, General Aptitude Test irrespective of opted subjects in 12th standard.
Marking Scheme- (+5) marks for correct answers and (-1) for incorrect answers.
Number of Questions- 50 Questions for each test paper
Duration- 60 minutes or 1 hour
Shifts- Multiple shifts rely on the number of applicants or subject choices.
