The DTU LEET exam refers to the Delhi Technological University LEET exam, which is a test for entrance into the third semester of a B.Tech program at DTU for students from a polytechnic diploma or B.Sc. background. The exam is two hours in length and comprises multiple-choice questions based on Mathematics, aptitude, and basic reasoning. Thus, the exam is for working professionals/diploma holders who want a Bachelor's in Engineering and Technology. It's an exam that allows eligible candidates to join the standard B.Tech Program directly into the 2nd year. 

What is the purpose of the DTU LEET Exam? 

Delhi Technological University (DTU) conducted the most commonly referred to as the common entrance (CEE) for the B.Tech lateral entry program. It is also interchangeably called DTU LEET (Lateral Entry Engineering Test). This is an entrance examination for students with a diploma in engineering or a B.Sc. degree who prefer to join the second year of the B.Tech program. It is a computer-based exam that has multiple-choice questions, and for every wrong answer there is a negative marking.

Candidates must hold a Diploma in Engineering/Technology or a B.Sc. degree with a minimum percentage of marks mentioned below:-

Step 5: After payment, take a printout of the filled application form 

Admission (Offline Reporting)

All admission rounds will be offline at the DTU campus:

• Reporting timing:- Between 10 AM to 11 AM on the admission day.
• There may be 1st round, 2nd round, and a spot round (if seats are still available).

DTU LEET Result

The DTU LEET result will be released on the basis of the merit list and will be available online on the official website. The merit list will be based on your marks in the entrance exam, and it's used to determine your eligibility for admission to B.Tech programs.
