IBSAT 2025 Registration – Apply Online, Dates & Fees

Registration for IBSAT (ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test) is soon to be open; the exact date for registration is July 1st, 2025. You can enroll in all 9 IBS campuses and some other institutions. The Application fee for the entrance exam is INR 1800. If you're planning for the IBSAT entrance exam, this is the perfect time for you to start preparation, as you'll have enough time. 

IBSAT Eligibility Criteria 2025

It is necessary to know the eligibility criteria before applying for admission through the IBSAT exam. This way, your application will not be turned down in the end:

• If you want to enroll in IBSAT 2025, you have to have a graduation degree from a recognized university in any field. Ensure that the total percentage of your marks goes above 50%. 
• Furthermore, you must have finished 15 years of education, generally by being in school for 10 years, going to higher secondary for 2 years, and college for 3 or 4 years.
• You may also have to provide scores from English proficiency tests such as TOEFL or IELTS. This is to make sure you are able to handle the lessons since they will be taught in English.
• People who are in their last academic year are able to apply as well. The requirement is that you complete graduation requirements, including exams and assignments, by May 31, 2025. The deadline to give your final score sheets and degree certificates is November 1, 2025.
• Having valid results in other management tests, such as CAT, XAT, NMAT, GMAT, or CMAT, may allow you to skip the IBSAT test. It’s an appropriate option if you have already done one of these tests.

IBSAT Registration Procedure

You can register for IBSAT 2025 in two ways: Online or offline. The application fee is ₹1800, no matter which method you choose. And remember, one form covers all 9 IBS campuses.

Option 1: Online Registration (Quick & Easy)

• Go to the IBS website: Search for "ICFAI Business School" and click on the "Apply to IBS" button.
• Fill in your details: Type in your name, phone number, email, and other personal information.
• Pay the fee: Use online payment (debit card, credit card, or net banking) to pay ₹1800.
• Confirmation: After payment, you’ll get an email and SMS with your Application Number and Password.
• Log in: Use those details to log in to your profile on the IBS website.
• Complete the form: Finish the rest of the application. Choose which test scores you want to submit (IBSAT, CAT, GMAT, NMAT, etc.).
• Submit or schedule exam: Either:
• Take the IBSAT 2025 exam on the scheduled date

            OR 

• Upload your score from CAT, GMAT, NMAT, or XAT when it’s ready.

Option 2: Offline Registration (If You Prefer In-Person)

• Buy the application kit: Visit any IBS campus, Axis Bank branch, or IBS marketing office and ask for the IBSAT 2025 application kit.
• Pay the fee in cash: Pay ₹1800 and collect your packet.
• Get your login details: The kit includes a Login ID and Voucher Number.
• Register online: Go to the IBS website, enter your login info, and set a new password.
• Fill out the application form: Just like online registration, fill in your personal, academic, and contact details.
• Upload a photo and signature: Make sure to attach a clear photo and your signature as required.
• Choose your test option: Either take IBSAT 2025 or upload your score from CAT, NMAT, GMAT, or XAT when it’s ready.

Important Things to Remember

• Fee: ₹1800 only (same for online and offline).
• One form for all campuses:  No need to apply separately to each IBS campus.
• Submit everything carefully: You must fill in all details, and upload your photo & signature.
• Selection process: Later, when you go for your interview and presentation, you must bring:
• Your completed application form
• Your preferred campus list
• Your academic details (marksheets, etc.)
• If you miss anything, your results may be delayed.

IBS Application Procedure

Step 1:

• Fill Out the Application Online
• First, go to the IBS admissions website.
• You’ll need to fill in your personal details like your name, contact number, and email address.
• Pay the application fee of ₹1800. This one form is good for all 9 IBS campuses, so you don’t need to apply separately to each one.

Step 2:

• Get Your Login Info
• After you apply, you will get a confirmation message on your email and phone.
• IBS will send you a special application number and password. You will use these to log into your own profile on their website.

Step 3:

• Complete Your Profile
• Log in to your IBS profile using the number and password.
• Now, fill out all the rest of the information they ask for, like your school marks and which exam scores you plan to submit (like IBSAT, CAT, NMAT, XAT, or GMAT).

Step 4:

• Take the Test or Share Your Scores
• You can do either of these:
• Take the IBSAT 2025 exam on the date IBS gives you.

            OR

• If you have already taken CAT, NMAT, XAT, or GMAT, you can submit those scores instead, when they’re ready.

Step 5:

• Get Invited for the Next Round
• Once IBS gets your scores, they will check if you qualify.
• If you do, they will send you an invitation letter by email or SMS.
• This letter is for the Selection Process, which will happen in February 2026.

Step 6:

• Attend the Selection Process
• On your assigned date, go to the Selection Process. It includes two parts:
• A Micro Presentation (a short talk you will give).
• A Personal Interview (where someone will ask you questions).

On that day, bring these things with you:

• Your final application form (filled out).
• Your list of preferred campuses (rank the ones you like most).
• Your education details (like report cards or certificates).
• If you forget anything or leave something incomplete, your results might be delayed.

Step 7:

• Get Your Campus and Pay the Fee
• IBS will look at your: School/college marks, your Presentation, and Interview scores

Then, they will assign you a campus based on:

• Your preferences
• The cutoff score of each campus
• If you’re selected, they’ll ask you to pay a refundable admission fee to hold your seat.

Documents Required While Filling the IBSAT Registration Form 2025

The most crucial documents that you must have while registering for the IBSAT exam are; 

• Candidates must have scanned copies of their class 10,12, and graduation certificates or mark sheets.
• An email ID and a mobile number of your own.
• A recent scanned photo of yours in JPEG format, and preferably between 140 and 160 pixels. 
• A scanned signature.
• A scanned copy of If you have a valid GMAT, NMAT by GMAC, or CAT score, it's completely optional.
• And some basic information, such as address, name, etc.

Important Dates and Schedule

The IBSAT 2025 journey is about to begin! Registrations for the ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test would start on July 1, 2025, and would remain open till the third week of December 2025, so you have a lot of time to apply. The actual exam will be in the final week of December 2025; thus, you have several months to study. Your admit card is likely to be published in December 2025, a few days before the exam. 

Assuming everything goes smoothly, the results will be announced in the first week of January 2026. The process of selection will then commence with a briefing session on the second week of January 2026, and this will be followed by the Micro Presentation and Personal Interview (PI) rounds, which will probably be conducted in February and March 2026.

If you’re someone who is are working professional and who wants to pursue their studies for better future opportunities, then this segment is for you. Online learning is the easiest yet effective way for you to pursue studies. It is similar to the regular program that you pursue. The recognitions and accreditations are the same, with no difference. 

The only difference you’ll see is the comfort you’ll experience while pursuing the online program. Online programs are usually flexible, economical, and will equip you with the education that you need. If you’re somehow unable to take the IBSAT entrance exam for MBA or PhD, then you can easily opt for the online option for these programs.
