Every year, Symbiosis International (deemed) University (SIU) conducts an entrance exam for an MBA (Master Of Business Administration), which is known as the Symbiosis National Aptitude Test or SNAP Test.

This exam is conducted once a year to get admission into an MBA degree course or other business management courses offered by SNAP-affiliated colleges and other private business schools. This exam is conducted across 80 cities in India at the registered test centers.   

What is the Eligibility & Age Criteria? 

There are pre-decided eligibility and age criteria for every exam, and all the candidates must verify whether they are eligible to appear for the exam. Similarly, for the SNAP exam 2024, there is an eligibility & age criterion that the candidates must fulfill to attempt the exam.

Here are the eligibility & age criteria for the SNAP Exam 2024: 

• One must have completed their bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. 
• You need to pass your bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks. 
• SC/ST candidates must complete their bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 45% marks. 
• There are no fixed age criteria for the SNAP Exam unless you are meeting the educational/qualification criteria.   
• There is no minimum or maximum attempt to appear for the SNAP Exam.

The Symbiosis National Aptitude (SNAP) Exam has a comprehensive-designed syllabus. This syllabus is decided by the SIU (Symbiosis International (deemed) University) based on the university syllabus. The syllabus of the SNAP Exam is divided into 3 main sections that consist Analytical & Logical Reasoning, Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency, and General English.

• For every correct answer, you will get a +1 mark. 
• A -0.25 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.

Cracking any exam with good scores needs a lot of hard work and strategic preparation. Similarly, to crack the SNAP Exam with an excellent score, you need to start preparing for it with a strategic study plan. • Step- 1: Make a strong study plan based on your weaknesses and strengths, the time you can devote to study (In case, you are a working professional), days you have left for the exam.

How To Register Yourself For The SNAP Exam? 

 Registration is the first step in the process of attempting the SNAP Exam. The mode of registration for the SNAP Exam is fully online. Here are the steps for registering for the exam: 

• Step- 1: Visit the official website of SNAP at www.snaptest.org. 
• Step- 2: Create your Account by filling out your personal information, like name, email ID, contact information, etc. 
• Step- 3: Then, fill out the registration form with your personal information, qualifications, and your preferred college or program. 
• Step- 4: Upload your documents, such as photographs, signatures, etc. 
• Step- 5: Finally, pay your examination fee, which is INR 2,250 per exam session. And INR 1,000 for each SIU institute fee. You can pay the fee via UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, or any other net banking option. 
• Step- 6: After the exam fee deposition, you will receive a confirmation mail on your registered email ID. 

Note: The registration for SNAP Exam 2024 was started on 5th of August (Monday) and completed on the 22nd of November 2024 (Friday).    

How To Download The SNAP Exam 2024 Admit Card? 

After registering for the SNAP Exam 2024, the next step is to download your hall ticket or SNAP Exam 2024 Admit Card. Since this exam is conducted in 3 different sessions once a year, there are 3 dates to download your Admit Card for each SNAP Exam. You just need to follow the below-mentioned instructions: 

• Visit the official website of SNAP at
• Step- 1: Visit the official website of SNAP at https://www.snaptest.org/ to download the SNAP Exam 2024 Admit Card. 
• Fill up your credentials on the SNAP portal such as your registered Email ID and Password, and login to the candidate portal.  
• Click on the Admit Card option. You can easily find it on the dashboard of the SNAP account, or click on the important links on the portal.  
•  After that, click on the “link to download” and then click the Download Admit Card button.  
• After downloading your SNAP Exam 2024 Admit Card, ensure that you have downloaded the correct hall ticket and all the details mentioned on the Admit Card are correct. 
• Verify all the important details on the hall ticket, including your Name, Exam Center, Exam Timings, and other information.
• Once you have verified all the details, download the pdf SNAP Exam 2024 Admit Card on your laptop, mobile, or any other device on which you have been browsing the SNAP official website. Also, take at least 2-3 hard copies or printouts of your hall ticket to ensure full security of your SNAP Exam 2024 Admit Card.

When Will Be The SNAP Exam 2024? 

The SNAP Exam is a computer-based exam that is conducted every year in 3 different sessions. This year, the SNAP Exam 2024 will commence from the second week of December 2024.

• The question paper will contain 60 multiple-choice questions. 
• This SNAP Exam is conducted every year in over 80 cities across India.  
• It is a national-level entrance exam for admission into SIU-affiliated colleges. 
• The SNAP exam fee is INR 2,250/- and INR 1,000 for each SIU institute fee.  

When Will Be The SNAP Exam 2024 Result Out? 

The result and scorecard for the SNAP Exam 2024 will be declared on the 08th of January 2024. Your scorecard will contain your personal details, your SNAP Exam 2024 score, and the total percentile you got in your exam. This scorecard will be released in an online mode. 

To download the SNAP Exam 2024 scorecard, follow these steps: 

• Visit the official website of SNAP at www.snaptest.org. 
• Click on the “Download Scorecard” tab.  
• Fill up your SNAP ID and password in the tab. 
• Your SNAP Exam 2024 result will appear on the screen.  
• Download the PDFs on your mobile and print a hard copy of the SNAP Exam 2024 Result.  

Note:  The results for SNAP Exam 2024 for all the sessions will be released on the same day. You will be shortlisted for the admission round by SIU Institute based on your SNAP Exam result or score.

SNAP Selection Process

Other than your SNAP Exam 2024 score or percentile, your selection process consists of three more processes than the marks. It consists of the Group Exercise (GE), Personal Interaction (PI) and Written Ability Test (WAT).
