BITSAT 2026 Application Form OUT; Registration Open Till March 16

The Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, has released the application form for the Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT) 2026. Interested candidates can complete the registration process through the official admission portal. The last date to submit the BITSAT 2026 application form for Session 1 or both sessions together is March 16, 2026, by 5:00 PM. Applicants must complete the process online at the official website admissions.bits-pilani.ac.in 

BITSAT 2026 Registration Dates and Exam Schedule

The online application window opened on December 15, 2025. Candidates seeking admission to various programmes offered by BITS campuses must apply within the specified timeline.

Candidates are advised to complete each stage of the process within the prescribed deadlines.

BITSAT 2026 Eligibility Criteria

The exam authority has updated certain eligibility conditions for BITSAT 2026. Candidates must ensure they meet the following requirements before applying:

• Applicants must have passed Class 12 in 2025 or be appearing in 2026.
• Students who retake Class 12 for all subjects are not eligible.
• No age limit has been specified.
• For B.E. and M.Sc. programmes, candidates must secure at least 75% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, with 60% marks in each subject individually.
• For B.Pharm and B.E. Environmental and Sustainability Engineering, candidates must obtain 75% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics, with 60% in each subject separately.
• Both theory and practical marks will be considered when calculating the aggregate percentage.

BITSAT 2026 Application Fee

BITS has increased the registration fee by ₹100 for all categories this year. Candidates must pay the required fee to successfully submit the application form.

BITSAT 2026 Application Correction Window

BITS will provide a separate correction window for each session to allow candidates to edit certain details in their application forms.

For Session 1, the correction facility will be available from March 18 to March 20, 2026. During this period, applicants can modify permitted fields in their submitted forms.

Since the correction window is a one-time opportunity, candidates should review their applications carefully while making changes. They should also keep their registration number and password safe for future login activities such as downloading the admit card and participating in the counselling process after the results are declared.
