Yes, many private online universities take admission in October and November in India. You can easily apply for the multiple UG and PG online degree courses.
Some of the online universities for admission in October and November are:

Recently, UGC has allowed biannual admission, which means now universities can take admissions twice a year.

Recently, UGC has also announced biannual admission for regular courses, according to which you can take admission to universities twice a year, in July/August and January/February.
