Is the Campus Immersion fee included in the overall MBA Online Program fee?

Campus immersion is provided by universities that conduct online programmes. Two types of settings of online university programs concerning campus immersion are whether campus immersion is optional or compulsory. In the case of the optional, the student’s programme fees get hiked up and if the student hasn’t chosen the option he/she has to pay less. In the case of compulsory campus immersion, he/she has to either pay separately from program fees or it is included in the program fees.

To substantiate the optional part, let's take the example of Liverpool Business School’s Online MBA program that has the option to avail of campus immersion. The Online MBA programme fees with campus immersion is different from the one without campus immersion. The fees without campus immersion is 4.8 Lakhs and with campus immersion is 7.1 Lakhs.

To substantiate the compulsory part, in some executive MBA programs across IIMs(Indian Institute of Management) the campus immersion fees are either included in the program or have to be paid separately.
