No, you don't have to drop out from the BCA course to do Online BBA. You can pursue an online BBA degree and BCA course together. Yes, it would be difficult to pursue both but if you want business and technical learning together, then it is not a bad idea.
As per the UGC notice- you can pursue two degrees simultaneously and both remain valid.
