About BITS Pilani
Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani is a deemed University that was established in the year 1964. It has four campuses in Pilani, Hyderabad, Dubai, and Goa. The university is recognized by the University Grants Commission in the year 2018 as the Institute of Eminence (IOE). Overall, the university offers various online and on-campus programs to the students like undergraduate, postgraduate, and many doctoral programs to the students. It is a university that works on new research ideas. It has more than 1720 research projects, and 7000 publications and has received almost 500 R&F of more than 500 and 200 patent fields. BITS Pilani Admission Process
Each degree program/course offered by the university has its own admissions process and is decided solely by the university. To learn more about the programs offered and the admissions process, you can choose to visit the university website. However, for specifically the B.Sc Computer Science program, the following is the admissions process:
Step 1- Apply on Coursera, and fill in all the essential details on the portal.
Step 2- Make sure to submit the online application form at the earliest possible.
Step 3- Complete the application form by submitting the non-refundable application fee
Step 4- Appear for the online mathematics qualifier exam but only for the students who have not studied mathematics or have marks lower than 60%.
Step 5- The institute will verify all the documents and information as filled in by the candidate and then later confirm the admission to the BITS.
Note- Not all students are required to take the qualifier examination of maths.

BITS Pilani Examination Pattern
Each degree program/course offered by the university has its examination pattern and is decided solely by the university. To learn more about the programs offered and the examination pattern, you can choose to visit the university website. However, for specifically the B.Sc Computer Science program, the following is the examination pattern:
All the assessments will be done in online mode. Online graded quizzes are conducted every two weeks in every available online course. Assessments like case studies and research, lab exercises, and other assignments will be assigned to the students throughout the course duration. Towards the end of the duration, the students have to appear for the final examination which will be conducted online mode, and have to be administered in a remote environment and will be scheduled by the BITS Pilani. The IT Infrastructure of the exams has a working laptop or a computer with a functional webcam and microphone with internet connectivity.

I was apprehensive about studying two degrees at the same time and worried if I would be able to manage my time properly. But my Dad motivated me, and said you'll be able to manage time or not that is secondary, you got this opportunity this is primary, don't let it go!
