The BITS Pilani WILP (Work Integrated Learning Programs) offers a B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) program specially designed for candidates from the working class. The BITS WILP B.Tech program is offered through a blended learning mode which involves online learning and contact classes. It is a 7 semester program that allows working professionals or students engaged in any professional work to upskill themselves without quitting their jobs or hampering their work. To offer a wide range of career prospects, BITS WILP offers B.Tech in various specializations namely Engineering Technology, Electronics Engineering, and Process Engineering.
The B.Tech WILP at BITS assists students in developing a keen and in depth understanding of various subjects like Engineering Materials, Mechanical Technology, Engineering Design, Materials Management, and more to uplift themselves for future advancement and growth opportunities. The is taught by highly qualified and experienced faculty of BITS Pilani that helps students learn to use contemporary computation tools such as PTC Creo, MATLAB, Flownex, LabView, MultiSim, FlexSim, Afdex, Zcastpro, and Remote Lab on Fluid Mechanics.

Who Can Apply?
Interested candidates for enrolling in a B.Tech WILP offered at BITS Pilani are required to go through the below listed eligibility criteria and admission requirements of the program prior to enrolling in it:
- A candidate must have completed HSC Level Education with a Diploma in Engineering/ B.Sc. in relevant specialization from a valid and recognized university.
- A minimum of 60% of aggregate marks in the last qualifying examination.
- At least 2 years of work experience after graduation in a relevant industry is required.

BITS WILP Online B.Tech Admission Process
Students willing to enroll under the Work Integrated Learning Programmes (WILP) of BITS Pilani are required first to check the eligibility criteria of the program and then proceed with the further admission process, which requires a few steps that are mentioned below:
Step 1 - To initiate the admission process the applicant is required to visit the official website of the BITS Pilani Work Integrated Learning Programmes (WILP) and start with the registration process.
Step 2- After successfully completing the registration, the applicant will receive their login credentials for the admission portal.
Step 3 - Log on to the admission/student portal, click on the online application form simultaneously, and start filling out the application form with personnel, professional, and educational information.
Step 4 - While filling out the application form applicants are required to attach the required documents along with the application form.
Step 5 - When the form is filled out and all the documents are attached, students are redirected to the payment page. But make sure before payment of the fee students must go through their admission process to avoid any misinformation or irregularities as the university can reject the application form for any wrong information or mistake.
Step 6 - The applicant can proceed with the payment of the fee through debit/credit card, UPI, online net banking, or NEFT.
Step 7 - When the application form is submitted, the applicant must print out the application form and fee receipt for future reference.

BITS WILP Online B.Tech Examination Pattern
The examination pattern at BITS Pilani WILP programs is divided into three parts: Assignment / Quiz (Online), Mid Semester Test, and Comprehensive exam respectively. The weightage of each component is as follows Assignment / Quiz carries 15%, Mid Semester Test carries 35%, and Comprehensive Exam carries 50%. Each semester of the program conducts these three components to evaluate the overall theoretical and practical understanding of the student.
