The admission procedure at Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya is quite simple and can be completed by following these steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of the university and click on the Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE) link.

Step 2: Select the program from the list of online programs under the CDOE tab.

Step 3: Click on the "Apply Now" tab to access the Admission/Registration Portal of the CDOE. Click on the "New Registration" tab and create your account. 

Step 4: Fill out your personal, educational, and contact details carefully in the admission form. You need to have an ABC ID and DEB ID before filling out the form. If you do not have these IDs, create one using the links given on the official website.

Step 5: Upload scanned copies of academic transcripts and ID proofs on the admission portal. 

Step 6: Pay the non-refundable application fee using the online payment gateway. 

Step 7: After submission of the application, wait for the confirmation from the university’s admission committee.

Step 8: Log into your account on the university website to check the status of your application and view any updates. 

Step 9: You need to send hard copies of all self-attested documents that you uploaded online to the address mentioned by the university.

Step 10: After verifying all your details, you will be given the fee payment link after which you will get your admission confirmed.
