If you are a science graduate or hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, you can upgrade yourself with a master's program at IGNOU in the science domain. You just need to have a score of 50-55% in the qualifying degree that you earned from a reputed university.
The fee of the Master of Science program is specific to the specialization offered. For M.Sc in Mathematics with Applications in Computer Science, the total fee is 26,400 INR & for M.Sc in Food & Nutrition, it is 32,400 INR. An additional registration fee is also deposited by the students at the time of admission.
The master’s programs at IGNOU in any discipline do not have any age restriction & can be easily taken up by candidates who fulfill their specific eligibility criteria.
The Master of Science program offered at IGNOU needs to be completed in the minimum duration of 2 years which is exactly the same as a regular M.Sc program. Besides, the university offers extra 2 years to the learners of this course which makes it much more flexible for working professionals.
