The eligibility criteria for enrolling in the Certificate Program in Leadership-Senior Management  provided by IIM Calcutta are given below:

• The candidate must be qualified in one of the following: 
  • A Bachelor’s Degree ( 10+2+3 or 10+2+4)
  • A 2-year Masters Degree 
  • The degree that is equivalent to one of the above.
• The candidate should be employed in an organization as a working professional.
• The candidate must be qualified from a university that is approved by education regulatory bodies given below: 
  • DEB (Distance Education Board)
  • UGC (University Grants Commission)
  • AIU (Association of Indian Universities)
  • AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education)
• The candidate must have obtained 50% aggregate marks in his/her respective qualification that is going to be considered for eligibility. 
• A work experience of 10 years or more is required to be considered for being eligible for this program.
