IIM Kashipur offers a full-time and part-time PhD program. The institute offers a PhD in management in various specializations. 

To be eligible for the Phd program, individuals must have a master's degree in any discipline with 60% of marks. They must also qualify for the entrance examination, including JRF UGC/CSIR, GRE, GMAT, GATE, or IIMB, followed by an interview.  

The duration of the PhD program at IIM Kashipur is 5 years.

IIM Kashipur provides financial assistance to the PhD scholars. For the first to third year, they will receive a stipend of INR 37,000 and a stipend of INR 47,000 till the fifth year of the program. 

There is no program fee at IIM Kashipur for the PhD program.  

On completing the PhD degree program from IIM Kashipur, the individuals will get diverse job roles, some of them are- professor, researcher, consultant, data analyst, or others.
