Only the participants who fulfill the following conditions will be eligible for admission to the Executive Development Program in Strategic Human Resource Management at IIM Visakhapatnam.
- For Indian Applicants- It is mandatory to have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.
- For International Applicants- It is mandatory to have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a university or institute that is recognized and approved in their respective country.
- Applicants with 1 year of corporate experience are preferred for admission.
