IIFT PhD

The eligibility criteria for the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade PhD are as follows :

• Those having a master's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 55%
• Those having a 4-year bachelor’s degree with an aggregate of 75% can apply 
• Students applying for the part-time PhD program must have 3 years of experience, including a year of teaching experience. 
• Individuals with having MPhil and who have scored a minimum of 55% are also eligible to apply for the PhD in management.

Eligibility criteria for PhD in Economics :

• Individuals having a 2-year master’s degree program in Economics, followed by a 3-year bachelor's degree with an aggregate of 55%. 
• Or those having a 1-year master's degree program in Economics after a 4-year bachelor’s degree 
• Those having a 4-year bachelor's degree program in economics with an aggregate of 75% are also eligible to apply. 
• The individuals must qualify for entrance examinations, including UGC NET- JRF, to take admission at the university.

The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade does not provide clear information regarding the EMI facilities. However, various banks offer educational loan facilities for students, in which they can pay the fees in instalments.

IIFT offers an in-depth analysis of its domain. The individuals are required to complete coursework at IIFT for the first year of the program.
