About Lingayas B.Tech
With the aim of enabling working professionals to continue learning and completing their education, Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth brings the Work-Integrated B.Tech programme. This is a lateral entry course in which students/working professionals can conveniently complete the course while continuing to work.
This course, being a lateral entry course, can be taken up by individuals who have completed a polytechnic diploma in engineering or pursued degrees like B.E/B.Tech/BCA/ and are now looking for a full-fledged B.Tech course.
This course is offered in five specialisation areas, all of which have been selected in accordance with market demands and prospects of career development. B.Tech course for working professionals is delivered in a blended mode through offline and online lectures. A number of pedagogical tools as well as online learning technologies are used to efficiently deliver this course.
Course Benefits
- This course has been accredited by the UGC and AICTE as a valid part-time engineering degree course.
- The university offers this in five specialisations namely mechanical engineering, civil engineering, computer science engineering, electronics and communication engineering (ECE), mechanical and automobile engineering.
- The classes for this course are held on the weekends and on holidays during the day-time and practical lessons are conducted on Saturdays every week.
- Students also get access to online learning materials through the LMS of the university which allows students to learn through multimodal course content.
- This course is of a duration of 3 years being a lateral entry course. It starts its course curriculum from the third semester.

Lingaya's Vidyapeeth Engineering EMI Details
The Lingaya’s WILP programs are offered at quite affordable courses but the student doesn’t get other financing options to pay the academic fee like education loan options or EMI options by the university. The student can avail of these options from the outside banks available outside providing education loans and get an opportunity to finance their education. In this aspect, the College Vidya Portal also assists the students in choosing easy-to-pay EMI options and easily pay their course fees.
Lingayas B.Tech Admission Process
Online applications are invited by the Lingaya’s for fresh admissions. Admissions are done on a direct basis based on education qualification and marks in the qualifying class. One just needs to follow the below-mentioned steps to secure admission to Lingaya’s WILP program. The admission procedure for 2025 for online courses at Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth WILP is as follows:
Step 1: Go to the official website of Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth B.Tech & M.Tech for Working Professionals.
Step 2: Under the “Enquire Now” section, fill in your basic details and click on “Register Now”. You will receive your student login details.
Step 3: Log in using these details and then start filling out the application form.
Step 4: Fill in all the required details upload the documents and follow the instructions on the screen to complete the admission procedure.

Lingayas B.Tech Syllabus / Curriculum

Lingayas B.Tech Examination Pattern
The semester examinations of the WILP courses at Lingaya’s are conducted offline. Students have to come to the examination centre to give the exam. All the other assessments, assignments, and quizzes will be conducted continuously in the online mode.

Recently i decided to shift my career from marketing to technical due to the growing demand of tech professionals. A friend suggested me Lingaya’s university for M.tech I am glad I went with his suggestion as it is one of the best decisions I ever made. The faculty, LMS, curriculum everything was on point. The university offers flexibilty, wich I believe is the best part.

I am presently studying M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering for Working Professionals from the Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth. The pedagogy is really good as there is enough flexibility for us working professionals. The best part is the access of remote labs which can be used any time. I would surely recommend it to working professionals who are looking forward to getting higher education.
