Lloyd Educational Trust Loddon Institute of Engineering and Technology (LIET) is a prominent institute of engineering and is privately operated. It was established in the year 2004 in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. LIET is linked to the Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) and it is accredited to offer undergraduate, post-graduate and doctorate programs in the field of engineering, technology, management, computer applications and applied sciences.
The institute is defined by its industry orientation and offers good education through a blend of both academic rigour and practical exposure, along with co-curricular activities. Lloyd Institute of Engineering and Technology Examination Pattern
In on-campus courses and online courses, LIET follows a semester system of examination as per the ruling of Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU). The school year is divided into two semesters, and the overall assessment plan includes a complex of in-school (assignments, quizzes, projects, presentations) and end-of-semester (proctored tests) evaluation. On-campus classes are dedicated to classroom attendance and practical/laboratory examinations. The standards of grading and evaluation are based on AKTU and UGC-DEB.
