There are universities helping students to make it viable through EMI options. But MERI CET doesn’t offer the EMI facilities to learners. But there are other options available to learners, such as scholarships and approaching a bank for an education loan. If opting for the scholarship, the campus conducts the Scholarship Entrance Test (SET) at the time of enrollment. To continue the scholarship after the first year of the program, candidates have to meet certain criteria, such as attendance, minimum marks, and no backlog.
MERI College of Engineering and Technology Admission Process
Students are reminded that the eligibility criteria are different for different programs. So first, they are required to check the eligibility guidelines. If fulfilled, then only learners can proceed with the admission process:
Step 1 : Application Form - Apply online through the college website or visit the campus for offline registration to start the admission process.
Step 2 : Entrance Exam / Direct Admission - learners have to apply for JEE and the lateral entry exam (OCET conducted by HSTES). A few admissions are offered via the management quota.
Step 3 : Counseling - selected candidates based on their rank have to be available for counseling and interview to submit their documents and confirm their seat in their preferred branch.
Step 4 : Fee - After submitting the fees, applicants are offered seat confirmation.

MERI College of Engineering and Technology Examination Pattern
Mainly, India’s higher education system follows a semester-based evaluation system, so is followed by the MERI CET college. To evaluate learners, semesters are conducted twice an academic year. But this is not the only parameter to access the performance of learners. To make the assessment more comprehensive and inclusive, there are internal assessments, class tests, quizzes, attendance, and lab evaluations, especially in the field of engineering. Also includes major projects that learners have to submit at the end of the final year.
