It is a 2-year postgraduate course aiming at developing good skills in finance, technology, management, and decision-making. The course is a combination of the basics of finance and the current business applications and techniques. The students are also taught the basics of communication, ethics, analytics, and leadership. The students should possess a bachelor's degree from a recognized university, having 50% marks or an equal CGPA. Applicants can be graduates of any stream. The fee on examinations is imposed separately, and certificates of the category should be remitted where necessary. It is the amalgamation of finance, analytics, business processes, and technology-based courses. The last semesters also include project work and a dissertation. The graduates may go on to work as a Financial Analyst, Portfolio Manager, Investment Banker, Risk Manager, Branch Manager or Hedge Fund Manager. There are opportunities in the individual companies, the MNCs, start-ups and government. The skills of entrepreneurship are also developed by the learners through the program.
