• Student who Passing the final test held by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England, or any combination of these.
• Graduate in any subject not mentioned above with atleast 60 percent marks in aggregate.
• A student who has qualified Bachelors of Vocational ( Banking Insurance and retailing)  and Bachelor of Vocatioanl (Retail Management) are eligible for Masters of commerce as notified by the UGC.
