Who Can Apply?
Students interested in enrolling in an online MCA program offered at SMU Online are required to fall under the below mentioned eligibility criteria set by the university:
- The applicant must have completed 10+2 education qualification from a valid board of education.
- A minimum of 3 years bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications/Computer Science/Information Technology from a valid and recognized university.
Or
- A candidate must have completed 10+2+3 or equivalent education qualification that is recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU)/other valid and recognized body.
Important Note
- Candidates who have accomplished their qualification from the streams like arts, commerce, humanities, business administration, business management, and science are also eligible to apply for the online MCA program but they are required to complete a bridge course in fundamentals of computer and IT along with their 1st semester curriculum.
- Students without mathematics as their subject in 10+2/bacehlor qualification must complete a compulsory bridge course in mathematics along with 1st semester course.

Sikkim Manipal University Online Admission Process

Step 4- The next step will be scanning & uploading the relevant documents on your portal. Make sure to upload clear & visible photographs, to avoid any problems at the time of verification of the documents by the University.
Step 5 - The final step is submitting the fee. Note that the fee for all courses may vary, check the fee on the official portal. After successful verification of the candidate’s application and documents, University will send an admission confirmation mail to your registered mobile number or E-Mail ID.
