This PGDM provided by XLRI is similar to an Executive MBA course to a large extent which is conducted online hence both PGDM and Executive MBA provided by XLRI are synonymous and equal.

The specialisation of Business Management, in this programme, is characterised by an integrated approach toward management function and related skills that enable the student to learn how to apply the knowledge and skills obtained, in real-time management scenarios.

The specialisation of Finance covers an ever-evolving curriculum designed to equip the student with an understanding of the essential techniques, tools, concepts, and practices of finance. This specialisation-based Executive MBA in Finance is made in such a way that it has an updated approach designed with the consultations of finance industry experts incorporating financial themes that are broader such as accounting and corporate finance, banking and assets market, and wealth management. In the curriculum, the student gets exposure to financial dynamic developments in fintech, digital finance, data science, machine learning, etc.

The specialisation of HRM (Human Resource Management) consists of subjects related to human resource management where one could learn the elements and dynamics of handling human resources. The student gets to apply concepts in real-time problems depending on the dynamic of the crowd scenarios curated by an esteemed faculty. Practising management techniques makes the student prepared for real-world HRM challenges.

The programme fee for the executive MBA online courses is INR 13.9 Lakhs. Adding to that, an additional INR 20K is charged for alumni membership and INR 20K for caution deposit.
