IGNOU has extended the admission deadline for its January 2024 session to March 20th, giving potential students additional time to submit their applications.
According to an official notification from IGNOU, the deadline for "Fresh Admissions" and re-registration in all Open and Distance Learning (ODL)/Online programs for the January 2024 session has been extended till March 20th, 2024. Earlier the last date of IGNOU registration was supposed to be 10th March but now get extended. It is important to remember that after the application has been approved, a non-refundable registration fee will be needed in addition to the program cost for the first semester or year.

The registration fee is not the refundable amount that students need to pay but the course fee is refundable with various criteria such as if you avail the refund before confirmation then the full amount will be refunded. However, after 15 days of confirmation, the program fees with a deduction of 500 were refunded and after 90 days no program fees were refunded.
