The admission process for NMIMS distance and ODL courses differs depending upon the course the candidate has opted for. Given below is the detailed admission process for each and every course provided by the NMIMS Center for Distance & Online Education.
NMIMS MBA (Distance/Online) Admission 2026
NMIMS provides various MBA Programs like banking and finance, financial management, etc. The admission process is the same for all of them. Admission to any of the programs is divided into four steps which are elaborated here:-
Step 1: Registration
The candidate needs to fill up the registration form and pay the admission processing fee.
Step 2: Submission
The candidate needs to submit the following documents to the Authorized Enrolment Partner:-
- Academic Documents
- Work Experience Documents (if required)
- Photo Identity Proof
- Passport Size Photographs
The counsellor at Authorized Enrolment Partner will verify the documents and upload them to the system.
Step 3: Fee Payment
There are two ways to pay the fee for the distance learning program:-
- Online
- Demand Draft in favour of SVKM’s NMIMS’ payable at Mumbai.
Students can avail of the loan facility for every program without using any credit card. EMI Facility (3, 6, 9, and 12 months) are available via online payment using credit cards of the given banks: HDFC, ICICI, Axis, Citi, Standard Chartered, HSBC, Kotak Mahindra Bank.
Step 4: Confirmation
After the completion of all the steps, the candidate’s admission will be confirmed, and the “Student Number” will be issued when the university approves the payment and submitted documents.
NMIMS MBA (Executive) Admission 2026
For admission into the MBA (Executive) program at NMIMS, the enrolling student have to give a selection test. The complete admission process for the same is as follows:-
Step 1: Application
The candidate needs to fill up the Application Form online and pay the application fee mentioned in the form.
Step 2: Submission of Documents
The candidates will receive an email to upload their documents. Given below is the list of documents to be uploaded:-
- Academic Documents
- Work Experience Documents (if required)
- Photo Identity Proof
- Passport Size Photographs
Step 3: Selection Test
After successful submission of the application form and documents, the enrolling students will receive a link for taking the Selection Test via email. Based on the candidate’s profile and scores, the University might conduct an online personal interview as well. The information on the same will be shared with the selected candidates via email.

NMIMS CDOE Admission Started
Admission for NMIMS CDOE (Centre for Distance and Online Education) has already been started for the June session. The admission process is still open for the students. Interested students can visit the official website of NMIMS CDOE to apply for the courses.
