Online BA Eligibility & Duration
The eligibility criteria for an online BA program are quite simple, making the program highly accessible to all aspirants around the world. Based on the university you have chosen, there might be some special requirements for the program. However, some of the mandatory requirements will be common to all the universities, as mentioned below.
Mandatory Requirements for Online BA Course:
- Completion of 10+2 level of education from a recognized education board (state or central)
- A minimum of 45%-50% marks in Class 12th
- Students of any stream can apply for the program
NOTE: International applicants can also apply for the program with valid proof of their 12 years of formal schooling. An Association of Indian Universities (AIU) certification will also be required by foreign applicants if they are interested in taking admission to an Indian university for an online BA course.
Duration Of The Online BA Course
The minimum duration of an online BA program is 3 years, which can be stretched to a maximum of 6 years. This stretch in the course duration is an added benefit and does not impact the course curriculum set by the university. There will be 6 semesters in the program, at the end of which you will have to attempt and pass the semester-end exams for each subject.
