Is Online DCS Doctorate in Artificial Intelligence (AI) Worth It?
If your goal is to pursue a career at the forefront of artificial intelligence (AI) research and development, then obtaining a doctorate degree in computer science with a focus or emphasis in AI will be beneficial. With this type of academic background, you can expect to have a very strong command of the fundamentals of machine learning, data science, and algorithmic design. This enables you to not only create new technologies but also to enhance and improve upon existing technologies. As such, many considered professionals in the area of artificial intelligence that typically hold executive or senior management/technical roles, such as AI researcher/scientist and academician, typically possess a doctorate degree, thus consistently commanding a higher salary than they would if they held only a master's degree, as well as experiencing a greater amount of career opportunities throughout the globe.
The amount of time it takes to complete a doctorate degree program can range from three to five years or longer; therefore, candidates seeking to earn their doctorate must have strong interests in researching and solving complex problems. In general, prospective candidates seeking to pursue a career in the high-tech sector and/or IT fields may be able to gain employment with a master's degree only.

I work in risk and governance, so I do not trust comparisons that make things look too simple. This one was solid. Fees, format and recognition, all in one place.
EIMT
Anil Lakhan
Thirty-seven years in pharmaceutical operations, and I thought I had left this too late. The advisor at College Vidya did not treat it that way, and that changed how I looked at it.
