Yes, you can apply for BPSC TRE exam after completing PGDCA in Distance mode. If you have completed BTech in Electrical Engineering then you are eligible only for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects given that you have completed your B.Ed after your B.Tech degree. For computer subjects, you must have B.Tech in Computer Scinece or Information Technology or a Diploma from a recognized university/Institution.
