BITS WILP Admission Process

Students willing to enroll under the Work Integrated Learning Programmes (WILP) of BITS Pilani are required first to check the eligibility criteria of the program and then proceed with the further admission process, which requires a few steps that are mentioned below:

Step 1 - To initiate the admission process the applicant is required to visit the official website of the BITS Pilani Work Integrated Learning Programmes (WILP) and start with the registration process.

Step 2- After successfully completing the registration, the applicant will receive their login credentials for the admission portal.

Step 3 - Log on to the admission/student portal, click on the online application form simultaneously, and start filling out the application form with personnel, professional, and educational information.

Step 4 - While filling out the application form applicants are required to attach the required documents along with the application form. 

Step 5 - When the form is filled out and all the documents are attached, students are redirected to the payment page. But make sure before payment of the fee students must go through their admission process to avoid any misinformation or irregularities as the university can reject the application form for any wrong information or mistake.

Step 6 - The applicant can proceed with the payment of the fee through debit/credit card, UPI, online net banking, or NEFT.

Step 7 - When the application form is submitted, the applicant must print out the application form and fee receipt for future reference.

BITS WILP Examination Pattern

The examination pattern at BITS Pilani WILP programs is divided into three parts: Assignment / Quiz (Online), Mid Semester Test, and Comprehensive exam respectively.
