The Online MBA in Finance is a two-year specialization program provided by BITS Pilani WILP that covers management courses concerning the world of business, and the curriculum is finance-oriented. The program creates foundations in functional areas of management and the student acquires the knowledge & skills related to finance so that the student’s expertise of management prowess integrates with the Finance domain that prepares the student for taking up roles of management leaders with an expertise in Finance-based roles.

The curriculum is designed so that the student is presented with scenarios, simulations, and situations to learn how to navigate them and grow the company by solving the challenges posed to them using empathy-based leadership, critical thinking & decision-making skills. 

Concerning the specialization, the student gets to learn Finance & Accounting which covers related essential concepts & frameworks that are involved in them. In addition to that, the student learns to analyze the dynamics of the financial markets & products along with understanding the different types of investors and their behavior to understand the stakes involved in the investment game.

Additionally, the student is made to think & understand how to evaluate financial products through a variety of approaches.
