Online MBA in Quality Management

The Online MBA in Quality Management is a two-year specialization program provided by BITS Pilani WILP. It is a management program that covers functional areas related to business & management. This program mentors the students to build leadership skills relevant to becoming a management professional in roles that lead teams and organizations towards the execution of goals leading to growth. 

The program’s specialization focuses on Quality Management which involves carrying the checks & measures to be taken to maximize the quality output of the features that define the product or service. The student learns to manage through scenarios to carry out the steps required at different stages to maintain or improve the quality of the product. Along with that, the student also learns how to integrate customer review & satisfaction with the quality implementation process.

The student is exposed to the principles that govern the ways of Quality Management with a comprehensive perspective and their applications in different varieties of organizations. The learning of Relevant Skills & Techniques takes place that is required to maintain the quality of higher level of the product & services. Also, the students are expected to understand the process of executing quality of higher standards meant to create an edge in the market over rivals when it comes to competition and to sustain quality in global environments. The student gets to under the new applications where quality management is applied such as data-driven decision-making, digital processes, and digital products.

The electives offered under this program are Software Quality Management, Quality Analytics, Business Acumen for Managing Quality, Leadership & Managing Change, Project Management and Supply Chain Management.
