CSVTU Engineering Raipur Admission Process

Those who want to enroll for the Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University, Raipur, they need to be aware of the admission process followed by the university: 

Step 1: Application form: Candidates have to fill out the application form for the B.Tech Lateral Entry program available on DTE Chhattisgarh’s official website. 

Step 2: Merit list: Applicants will be selected based on the Diploma Merit List and B.Sc. Merit List. 

Step 3: Counseling: If applicants are selected, counseling is done online to allot the seats. There are multiple rounds. 

Step 4: Seat Allotment: Seats are allotted based on merit, preferences filled by candidates, and availability of seats in the respective courses and institutions.

Step 5: Document Verification: To complete the process after seat allotment, documents need to be verified before confirming the admission.                

Step 6: Fees: To confirm the admission, fees are required to be submitted. 

Step 7: Diploma/B.Sc. Merit List – This merit list shall be prepared in descending order of the percentage of total marks in the final year of the Diploma in Engineering Examination/B.Sc. Examination. If two candidates get the same marks, older candidates will be chosen.
