Faculty Support Student Support. **Subject: Urgent Attention Needed : Technical Issues and Mismanagement Affecting Students' Academic Experience** Dear GLA University Administration and Fellow Students, My name is Raish, and I am currently pursuing my BCA online from GLA University. I am writing this review to bring to light some critical issues that have significantly impacted my academic experience and that of many other students. Firstly, during our recent exams, we faced severe technical problems that prevented a substantial number of students from completing their exams properly. This issue not only caused immense stress but also put our academic performance and future prospects at risk. Despite raising these concerns, there has been no clear resolution or communication from the administration regarding how these issues will be addressed. Secondly, we were informed that our second semester would commence within a week. However, two weeks have passed with no official start date or schedule in sight. This lack of communication and planning is causing confusion and anxiety among students, who are left in the dark about their academic progression. As students, we rely on the university to provide a stable and supportive learning environment. The ongoing technical issues and poor management of the semester schedule are unacceptable and undermine our trust in the institution. We urge the administration to take immediate action to resolve these problems, provide transparent updates, and ensure that our academic journey is not compromised. I hope this review will prompt the university to address these concerns with the seriousness they deserve and work towards improving the overall experience for all students. Sincerely, Raish

1)I do not recommend this university for students who do not understand hindi 2) The support team of this university do not respond to your complaints. 3) previous assignment and exam portal do not work or get your data save even after pressing submit button which result to you failing the exam. 4) There are some classes which i have attended and some classes i have not but in the LMS they show everything absent, also it's pointless to even listen hindi class your like watching a movie in a mute. Advantage 1) if you are hindi speaking go for it in online class they explain briefly in hindi and go through in english just like u can see from ppt. 2) it's an online mode which is good for students who still want to pursue education while working. The other dis-advantages are not only for me but for all the students as well. If these disadvantages are not solved you will face the same issue like everyone else.
