The eligibility criteria for candidates who want to enroll in the Certificate Program in Leadership by IIM Calcutta are given in the following:

• The candidate must be currently employed as a working professional.
• The candidate must have work experience of more than 10 years.
• The candidate must have one of the following qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree that is in the format of, 10+2+3 or 10+2+4.
  • A Master’s Degree (Duration: 2 years)
  • Equivalent degree of the above two.
• The qualifications should be from universities that are approved by one of the following education regulatory bodies: 
  • AIU (Association of Indian Universities)
  • DEB (Distance Education Board)
  • AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education)
  • UGC (University Grants Commission)
• In any one of the qualifications that will be considered for eligibility, the candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in their respective qualification or equivalent.
