IIM Calcutta provides a One-year Executive MBA residential programme to mid-career professionals who are looking to get trained for job roles that are in a higher managerial hierarchy or senior-level roles. These students get to advance their existing skill repository to learning and upgrading new skill sets which will prepare them for the dynamic environment’s challenges and the problem-solving situations that come with it.

The curriculum for this course is unconventional and consists of classroom courses, webinars, seminars, networking with industry experts, live projects, international immersion, workshops, and also provide placement assistance.

The fee for the IIM Calcutta Executive MBA consists of programme fees and a security deposit. Under the programme fee, tuition fees, books, accommodation, course material, economy airfare, and some of the incidental expenses which come under the international immersion programme, are covered. The programme fee is INR 31 Lakhs and the security deposit is INR 60K.

• Must have done a minimum work experience of 5 years after graduation.
• Should have a GMAT Score, that is valid.
• Should be proficient in the English language.

The evaluation and examination of students at IIM Calcutta has a good system in place. Some of the evaluations happen through case studies, course assignments, etc. The course assignments conducted are both at an individual and team level.

To evaluate whatever the student has learned through developing skills, problem-solving scenarios, and subject sessions, term exams are held at the end of each semester.

IIM Calcutta has a decent track record when it comes to students getting placed at decent companies. The highest CTC obtained by the student was INR 78.17 LPA. The average CTC of the batch was 30.90 LPA.
