IIM Jammu, one of the country's premier institutions of management, has been around to provide quality management education. The two-year executive MBA programme by IIM Jammu is a course that supports the prospect of executive management education for working professionals looking to upskill themselves for higher managerial roles with the capacity to lead and make decisions that influence the company’s growth. This course attracts students from diverse workplaces such as NGOs, industries, armed/paramilitary forces, corporations, government organisations, and businesses, enriching the exchange of various perspectives among the peer group.

The programme is conducted in a hybrid mode with online and on-campus modules. The online sessions are held during the weekend. Then in each term, 6 days of on-campus visits are held under campus immersion. The number of learning time conducted is 780 hours. IIM Jammu also provides a global immersion for its students at partner universities abroad. It also provides rural immersion in which the student gets exposure to the rural business structures and environment.

Another Executive MBA course in Corporate Affairs & Management is conducted by IIM Jammu and Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA). This course focuses on any professional or entrepreneurs who want to learn corporate affairs and management by developing relevant skills and knowledge related to it.

The programme fee consists of a course fee and a global immersion fee. The course fee is INR 9.45 Lakhs and the global immersion fee would be on an actual basis depending on the university chosen and the expenses during the immersion.
