The fee structure is divided into 4 parts. The programme fee is INR 11 Lacs which includes tuition fee, computing and networking fee, library services, books, and instructional resources. Then there is caution money which amounts to INR 10K. Along with that Alumni membership fee is charged which is INR 5K. There are also taxes charged by the Government of India. For the International Immersion module, there will be a separate fee which will also include visa, accommodation, travel, and academic expenditure, that the student has to pay.

• Should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with minimum marks of 50% or equivalent CGPA.
• Must have scores of one of the tests with date validity such as GMAT/GRE, CAT, GRE, or PGPWE entrance exam.
•  Should have worked for a minimum of 3 years after graduation.

IIM Lucknow has an organised method of evaluation. It is centred around promoting the act of learning. The student is exposed to being assessed for his/her ability to apply his/her learnings in organisational effectiveness and problem-solving. Multiple types of evaluation are undertaken such as assignments, viva voce, quizzes, project work, seminar presentations, mid-term tests, and final examinations. 

The grading is done through a ten-point grading scale corresponding to letter grades between A to E. In each term, the term grade point average and cumulative grade point average are computed as the credit-weighted averages of individual grades in and up to each term respectively.
