(2) The university from which the student obtained the qualification should be approved by one of the following education regulatory bodies:

• AIU (Association of Indian Universities)
• State Government
• UGC (University Grants Commission)
• AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education)

(3) The candidate must have a work experience of more than 10 years after completion of their degree.
