IIM Udaipur Admission Process

Students who are willing to enroll in a Ph.D. program at IIM Udaipur are required to follow the below mentioned steps and go through the additional information essential for students. 

Step 1. Candidates must qualify for the eligibility criteria of the program and apply according to it.

Step 2. Appear for CAT/GMAT or relevant exam required for the PhD program and specialization chosen by the candidate.

Step 3. Visit the official website of IIM Udaipur and submit your application along with the required information and documents. The required documents include education qualification certificates, mark sheets, CAT/GMAT/GATE/GRE/NET-JRF valid scores, CV, photograph, and SOP.

Step 4. Wait for university approval hence, submit the application by paying the application fee. 

Once the application process is completed, students must go through the selection process that consists of 2 stages mentioned below:

Stage I. Students who have applied for the IMU PhD program are shortlisted based on their academic performance, research work, experience, academic qualification, LORs, and SOPs. 

Stage II. Students who qualify for the first stage will enter stage II, where the sustainability of the candidates is evaluated through personnel interviews. Students are offered their admission letter after analyzing their career objectives, future plans, and communication skills.
