Yes, IIT Delhi offers a Part-Time PhD in Management through its Department of Management Studies.

Working professionals who are employed in the Public Sector Undertakings, R&D Sector, and Government Departments can apply for the Part-Time PhD program at IIT Delhi. 

If the  Faculty of Management at IIT Delhi approves, working executives from the private sector can also apply for the Part-Time PhD program in Management. However, working professionals from any sector can apply for the Online DBA Doctorate, which provides flexibility and business-oriented research opportunities.

There is a set of eligibility requirements for working professionals willing to get admission in the IIT Delhi Part-Time PhD program. Here is the eligibility criteria for this program-

• Working executives must have completed their master’s in management or a related field from a recognized HEI.
• Must have got at least 60% marks in the Master's.
• Full-time Professional experience of 2 years in PSU, Government Departments, R&D sector, and a private company. 
• Qualification in the written examination and a Personal interview. 
• Certificate of No Objection from the employer.

IIT Delhi offers Part-Time PhD in Management in Hybrid/Blended mode, where the candidates have to visit the campus for supervision and examinations. IIT Delhi does not offer this program in Online mode. However, working professionals can pursue an Online DBA Doctorate from the top foreign universities in a fully online mode.

The duration of the Part-Time PhD program at IIT Delhi is 4 to 7 years. 

Working executives enrolled in the Part-Time PhD in Management at IIT Delhi are required to pay INR 39,900 per semester.
