Yes, there are multiple distance courses offered by Kuvempu University. They are BA, B Com, BBA, MA, MBA, and a few more.

The university, Kuvempu, is accredited as A grease university and is approved by UGC-DEB (University Grants Commission - Distance Education Bureau). 

Students must have a minimum of 45% in pre-university or 12th standard. 12th may be from any background or discipline. Students who have passed ITI / JOC / vocational courses at any of the recognized institutes within Karnataka are also eligible to get admission to the BA program at Kuvempu University.

Yes, you are completely eligible for government jobs unless you qualify for their respective exams. Additionally, UGC has stipulated that Online and distance learning courses are equivalent to regular courses.
