Michigan State University does conduct entrance exams for many of its online courses but this criterion is entirely program specific & must be checked before starting up with the admission steps. Some of the general admission steps are listed here to make you understand the ease of the process.

Step 1: At first, visit the official website & access the admission portal to check for the admission criteria of your course.

Step 2: After this, fill out the application form especially the mandatory fields with correct spelling as mentioned in your academic or professional certificates. Upload scanned copies of all the required documents along with the filled-out application form.

Step 3: In case, the university demands an entrance exam to be attempted for your online program, you need to pass that first with minimum scores to be eligible for the admission process.

Step 4: After clearing the exam/admission form submission, you will receive a response from the admission committee of the university regarding the further procedure. The university might ask for some additional documents like your resumes, cover letters, SOPs, LORs, etc. for the further evaluation of your application.

Step 5: After the shortlisting procedure, you will receive an invitation for an interview, if applicable, from the admission committee. After making it through the interview, immediate payment of the blocking amount will ensure your admission to the course.

Step 6: Finally, the entire course fee payment will make you reserve your seat in the upcoming batch of the course.

International applicants might need to appear for an English Competency Test like TOEFL or IELTS & score well in that to provide proof of their language proficiency.
