In 1922, the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) established the New York Institute of Finance (NYIF) to provide corporate financial training to its employees. Later, these courses were extended to anyone serving the finance domain anywhere around the world. In 1942, the institute first appeared in the report of the NYSE Board of Governors meeting. 

Today, the NYIF offers a variety of courses that are quite popular among finance professionals.
